Thank you for shopping with Ikou Living. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our comprehensive Shipping Policy. This policy ensures transparent, reliable, and secure transit of our premium home furnishings to your destination.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays. If we are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. In the event of a significant or unexpected delay in processing your order, our logistics team will notify you directly via email or phone with updated delivery timelines.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be dynamically calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination zone. Please review our standard estimated transit times below:

3. Delivery Scope & Service Levels
Please note that due to the heavy and fragile nature of premium bathroom vanities and kitchen furnishings, all freight shipments are strictly limited to Curbside or Threshold delivery only. This freight service provides for the delivery of items to the first secure, dry area of the delivery address (such as a garage, covered front porch, loading dock, or just inside the main exterior door of a residential or commercial building).
This standard service does not include room-of-choice placement, unboxing, white-glove indoor setup, staircase handling, assembly, or the disposal of packaging materials. Customers are strongly advised to arrange additional assistance if required to move heavier units inside their premises. Furthermore, Ikou Living is not responsible or legally liable for any accidental damage caused to personal property (including driveways, landscaping, doors, or flooring) during the third-party transit and delivery process.
4. Strict Inspection & Freight Damage Protocol
We understand that large products face transit risks. To protect your investment, we enforce a rigid protocol for inspecting shipments upon arrival. Responsibility for documenting transit damage is structured as follows:
· Visible Damage at Time of Delivery: If external damage to the pallet, protective corrugated packaging, or product is visually apparent upon arrival, you must REFUSE to sign the delivery receipt. Clearly note the exact nature of the damage on the third-party carrier's waybill/BOL (Bill of Lading) before the driver departs, and immediately contact our operations desk.
· Concealed Damage: If physical damage or manufacturing flaws are discovered after unboxing a seemingly intact package, this must be formally reported to Ikou Living within 36 hours of delivery. Submissions must include clear, high-resolution photographs of both the damaged product and the corresponding inner/outer packaging materials.
· Exclusions: Any item that has been altered, partially or fully installed, modified, or used is automatically rendered completely ineligible for damage claims, replacements, or freight compensation.
5. International Shipping, Duties & Customs
Ikou Living proudly fulfills international orders to specified global markets. Please be advised that international shipments may be subject to local import restrictions, regional building code compliances, or specific municipal transport laws. Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, clearance broker fees, or local cross-border levies that may be enforced once a shipment enters its destination country. These charges are outside our corporate control and vary widely by jurisdiction.
6. Address Verification & Shipping Accuracy
To ensure seamless fulfillment and prevent routing errors, customers must guarantee that comprehensive, verified, and complete address details are provided at the time of checkout. Ikou Living is not responsible or liable for missing, misrouted, or lost orders resulting from incorrectly or partially provided addresses. Any subsequent carrier redelivery fees, terminal storage fees, or return-to-sender freight overhead costs incurred due to address inaccuracies will be billed directly to the customer's account.
